According to the amount of plate making or the estimated amount of copper dissolved, the ratio of old and new liquid was 1∶1 or 3∶1.
Now take 40 liters as an example:
(1) 30 liters of new liquid, 10 liters of old liquid, additive 600-700 ml, hydrochloric acid 500-600 ml.
(2) 20 liters of new liquid, 20 liters of old liquid, 500-600 ml of additive, 300-500 ml of hydrochloric acid.
3, additive preparation: formamidine disulfide and vinyl thiourea ratio is about 2∶1, the amount of preparation should be determined according to the amount of plate.
Now take 40 liters as an example:
(1) formamidine disulfide 60 grams, vinyl thiourea 30-32 grams with 2000 ml of ferric chloride heating stirring solution. The heating temperature is 60-70 ℃.
(2), if the plate making amount of the day is very little can be halved to formamidine disulfide 30 grams, vinyl thiourea 15-17 grams, with 1 liter of ferric chloride heating dissolution.

Two, the operation process
1, preparation: wash the corrosion machine with clean water, add the new liquid, the old liquid, hydrochloric acid according to the formula after stirring for 5 minutes, add the additive, stirring again for 15 minutes, if there are bubbles in the corrosion liquid can add 3-5 drops of zinc version additive.
2, condition setting: temperature 23-25 ℃, revolution set 500-600 RPM, later depending on the layout or printing plate requirements gradually down.
3. Operation sequence:
(1) clean the layout with dilute ferric chloride, remove the oxide film of the layout, expose the natural color of copper, and scrape off the pitting point with a revision knife.
(2) finish the layout with the whole face liquid (prevent pitting).
Formula: 1000 ml water, 300 g salt, 100 ml glacial acetic acid.
(3) after the whole surface can be on the machine corrosion.
4, stop observation: first use 500-600 turn corrosion 3-5 minutes (depending on the layout of the text and text). The machine can be stopped to observe the state of the layout. If the corrosion solution is normal, the revolution can be reduced (450-500 revolution). After about 10 minutes of corrosion, the machine can be stopped to observe the state and slope of the layout. Wait for 15-20 minutes to observe again, if the layout is normal, it can be corroded to the required depth (generally 45-50 minutes).
5. Observe the processing of the layout state:
(1) The smooth flow of rare floc on the plate indicates that the corrosion solution is normal.
(2) The white (slightly shiny) layout indicates that the additives are insufficient and acidic, which will cause the slope to be scratched and the small words to be eroded. Additives should be added to reduce the number of revolutions.
(3) there is a thick black floc on the page, and the slow flow indicates that there are too many additives and the strength of the corrosion liquid is too small. Hydrochloric acid and ferric chloride can be added to improve the revolution or temperature, otherwise a large number of pitting spots and flax tablets will be produced.
(4) If the
etching solution is normal after 20 minutes, it can be corroded to a certain depth, but in order to maintain a good slope, the revolution can be appropriately reduced (generally not less than 300 revolution).
6. Quality requirements:
(1) Complete layout and text, in line with the requirements of the film.
(2) The layout slope is smooth and clean, without pitting.
(3) Incline Angle 110-120 °.
(4) More than 0.6mm depth.
(5) Word clearance in line with hot stamping requirements.
7, corrosion post-treatment: made of copper plate washing with water, and then dilute nitric acid or salt water to remove the gap attachment.
